VICE and the creators of Django Unchained selected three of the country’s most exciting up-and-coming artists to hand-craft a series of limited edition Creative Recreation sneakers inspired by the film. These one-of-a-kind pieces will be auctioned off with 100 percent of the proceeds going to benefit the victims of Hurricane Sandy.
The final artists in the series are twin brothers Raoul and Davide Perre, aka How and Nosm. The brothers grew up practicing their craft in Germany, leaving tags all across Europe. After moving to New York and joining the legendary Bronx-based graffiti collective Tats Cru, the duo began to explore large-scale graffiti murals. Their murals can be found in countless cities around the world.
