Mile End Delicatessen
Oy vey, another Munchies! For this episode, we head down to the Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn to the Mile End Delicatessen to sample their interpretation of Montreal-style Jewish deli cuisine. Owners Noah Bernamoff and Rae Cohen, business partner Max Levine, chef Sam Fillaramo, and the generalissimo of their commisary, Michael Stokes, go to the LES for a tour of New York's great Jewish food institutions. The first stop is Russ & Daughters for caviar, eggs, and a little herring. Then it's off to Sammy's Roumanian Steak House for dancing and gorging and a massive amount of vodka shots.
