Marshall Headphones: On the Road
Leaving the city behind, Jesse heads for the countryside of Tewkesbury to meet a man synonymous with heavy metal for decades. Krusher has been a metal broadcaster on radio and TV, has been a DJ and compere for metal events around the world, but he’s best known for designing artwork for the likes of Motörhead and Sabbath.
Jesse kidnaps Krusher and takes him and his dog to a very hallowed place in the history of rock’n’roll. Rockfield Studios is the Abbey Road of the rock world and the list of bands who’ve recorded seminal material there, ranges from Sabbath and Motorhead to Queen, Oasis, Robert Plant, Joe Strummer and The Stone Roses. Founder Kingsley Ward shows the guys around and regales them with stories from the last 40 years of music heritage.
