About a month ago, I stumbled upon a crappy looking flier advertising something called 4Tuning FEST. I looked into it and discovered that 4Tuning FEST is when loads of Romanian tough guys gather together in a 50,000 square-metre hall on the outskirts of Bucharest to show off their pimped out cars. The exhibition takes place every year and, unsurprisingly, is always well attended by girls whose favourite hobby is to climb on top of cars.

While the owners showed off their vehicles like prized horses, on a different side of the hall, the Romanian Police had set up a stand of their own. If that didn't make things tense enough, all the while a group of local mobsters sat out in the parking lot, looking stern and brooding in their stonewashed denim.Contrary to the sentiments expressed in the headline of this article, I didn't make very many friends. But who cares, it's a good headline, right?
