DEAR VICE - TECH TALK RIP-OFF?

Hey Vice
Have you guys seen these "Tech & Talk" commercials for MetroPCS? Am I right to think these are a pretty major rip-off of you guys's Tech Talk? Seemed a little close for comfort.

Vice sez: Someone else sent us this last week and we were like, "Big whup. Theirs is a lame joke about Indians and Segways--the only similarity is that it's shot on shitty video and the lazer sound at the end sounds like the theme to ours."

But then it stewed for a little bit and we thought "Wait, how in the hell do you come up with 'Tech and Talk' unless you're trying to distance yourself from 'Tech Talk.'? It's not like Indians " So now we're boycotting this company we don't know anything about.
