Back when our American office interviewed the ladies from Ligerbeat, that magazine dedicated to anything dick, they had no idea what the first issue would look like. They thought the teaser photos circulating indicated simply some inkling of camp, even if it was still thoroughly abased and tasteless. Well, the premiere issue's out now and wow, we had no idea this kind of low-rent filth could come from the minds of ladies. It's actually shocking. If our last thing about nutsacks didn't seriously change your mind about the whole vagina-is-grosser-than-balls debate, this should do it. Only take a peek if you're old enough to be in a porno.

After flipping through it myself, I showed the zine to some friends. Mostly their reactions went something like complete silence followed by a "What the fuuuck?!" face. I like the zine for what it’s trying to do, but after reading Ligerbeat I decided two things: No body part looks good that up close, no matter how great it can make you feel, and balls are weird.
