LONDON - NANDO'S MAN FEEDS CHICKEN CHEATERS
In a catastrophe almost as epic as when the Oyster card system collapsed causing transport chaos in London last week, the Nando's loyalty card system is in crisis today after it emerged that a disloyal employee has been flogging what appear to be fake, fully stamped-up cards on eBay. The man behind this fiasco, known only as The Nandos Man, has so far evaded capture. However, he appears to be onto a winner from the looks of things, with bids at time of writing topping a whopping £25...
Now, I'm not against loyalty cards - I've got so many that my wallet is
bursting at the seams with them. But come on, buying a knock-off
Nando's card on eBay? I blame those people who drink 14 glasses of
coke in there just because they do free refills.
* We were going to phone Nando's HQ for a quote but didn't.
