As we wrote in this morning's Hangover News, the protest march lead by the family of police shooting victim Mark Duggan was reportedly peaceful enough until riot police got heavy-handed with an emotional 16-year-old girl. Apparently she threw a stone or a card at them, prompting several cops to force her to the ground with their riot shields. The video above isn't exactly Hollywood quality, but as it purportedly shows the moment that sparked two days (and counting) of rioting and looting in the capital, we thought it was worth posting.
