A Battle Fought and Lost for Chromatics' Kill for Love

The new Chromatics album, Kill for Love, was just released on iTunes, but according to my email history, I've been bugging their label about it since July 27th of 2011. I guess I must have had a dream about it way back then or something, and that's why I thought it was coming out. I had faith that I'd hear it one day, maybe even before it was put up on the Internet. I learned the hard way that sometimes our dreams don't come true.

Here's an in-depth expose on one Music Editor's struggle to write about a band she really likes. It's filled with mystery, intrigue, and several interesting twists and turns.

      Hey Person!

Checking in on any Chromatics news. I'm working on the November issue now, so if you've got anything new for them, even if it's just a 7", send it my way!

      Thanks!

Hey Person! Our deadline for the Nomber issue is 9/29, so if we could get whatever you have before then, that would be great. Downloads always work too!

      Thanks!

Cool. We won't have the album by then, but we'll probably have a single. Do you handle online reviews as well?

Are you still handling the new Chromatics record? We'd like to review it for our April issue if it's ready.

      Thanks!

Hi Kelly. We should have the album in about two weeks. We just premiered another song from it (on Youtube) on Friday. Thank you for the interest and support.

Still no promos? Usually promos happen BEFORE an album comes out. Helps with the whole reviews thing.
