Full Bleed Book Preview This Weekend

When we mentioned that the Maloof Money Cup was happening in Queens this weekend, we forgot to include the part where we're throwing a party at Gallery Bar on Sunday night. The party's a twofer--it's a closing party for the Money Cup, but also a book preview fiesta for Full Bleed, our elephantine collection of skateboard photography in New York City.

The book covers three decades of New York skating, and the lineup of contributing lensmen is just silly. Here's a few name hors d'oeuvres to pique your interest: Tobin Yelland, Ed Templeton, Larry Clark, Atiba Jefferson, Jerry Hsu, Bryce Kanights, Angela Boatwright. There's 60 photographers total and all of them have impressive credentials. Shit, we're sorry, "cred."

All in all should be the perfect ending to the greatest NYC weekend in recent memory. There's gonna be books for sale and an open bar from 9:30 till 10:30, so get there early if you're broke and thirsty. We'll also be having a fancy, "official" release party sometime in July, but that's next month, and we didn't want to wait that long to celebrate.
