We can understand why someone, if forced to choose, would rather lose their hand than the Internet. We think it’s insane, but we can understand. We’d probably opt to keep the hand, knowing all too well that to intentionally banish the Internet from our lives would mean committing a form of suicide that no amount of hands could ever make up for.
