Wow, sorry about that title. It sounded a lot more natural out loud. We just thought you'd like to know that two of our all-time favorite stuff-makers have taken up the blogging game. Sam McPheeters of Born Against, Wrangler Brutes, Men's Recovery Project,
Error, lots of liner notes, and Vice, just started his own
Twitter called the Story Blorg. Meanwhile, Jerry Hsu of a bunch of skateboarding magazines, a bunch of photography magazines, and Vice, has started
a tumblr, entitled "Nazi Gold."
Each one is what an ad exec would term "a fresh spin on an old favorite." However, whereas Sam's blog puts together a string of words until they make a funny miniature story like this:
"
The soda was flat. 'This bomb shelter sucks!' said 14-year-old Erik Winkle, forgetting the shrieking radioactive cannibals just outside."
Or this:
"
Two horses were looking at online pornography when one of them grew agitated. 'That's my sister!' he whinnied. Then the Earth imploded."
Jerry's blog puts together a string of different colors until they make a funny miniature cellphone picture like this:

Or This:

We're not going to pick favorites or anything (that's rude), but wouldn't it be a shame if they got so caught up competing with each other for your interest that they both became the best daily web-business on the internet? Man would that suck.
