Laura Palmer Makes an Appearance in the New 'Twin Peaks' Teaser

It's not much, but it's something—and that'll have to do for now.

Showtime dropped another teaser for the highly anticipated Twin Peaks revival on Friday, but it doesn't give us much to chew on before the show breaks its 25-year hiatus.

This teaser is basically the same as the last one, in that it doesn't give us any new information. It features composer Angelo Badalamenti playing Laura Palmer's dreamy theme over some spooky tracking shots of a dark forest. We also get a glimpse of that now-iconic photo of Palmer, straight from the pages of the Twin Peaks yearbook.

It's not much, but it's something—and that'll have to do for now. In terms of the new season, what we do know for sure is that Kyle MacLachlan, David Duchovny, and Everett McGill, among others, will all be reprising their roles, along with a slew of weird and random musicians who may or may not be able to act. Unfortunately, Catherine E. Coulson, the infamous log lady, won't be there.

Showtime has yet announce any solid plans about a release date, so we probably have a long wait and many more vague trailers still to come.
