Lithuania's New Video Will Make Your Head Explode

It's a barraging mindfuck of a song and its video may induce a flashback to that one time you accidentally smoked PCP-laced pot in high school.

Eric Slick, who I can't help but refer to as Slick Rick, has covered a lot of ground in his relatively short music career. He started out drumming in a Zappa cover band but was chance-spotted by King Crimson's Adrian Belew and ended up touring the world with  him as one-third of the Adrian Belew Power Trio. After leaving that project in 2009, he joined Dr. Dog, who've made a dent with their dark folk-infused blend of alt rock. Slick has performed with everyone from Violent Femmes' Gordon Gano to Wilco's Nels Cline, and even Eddie Vedder (yeeeeuh!).

When he's not accompanying these diversely influential musicians, though, Slick also plays in the band Lithuania, with Dom Angelella. They've only played a few shows in the past decade and released a handful of tracks. This video's track, Bunny Hopped into Heaven, will be included on Slick's upcoming solo cassette. It's a barraging mindfuck of a song--noise rock at its finest. The video for the track, which you can watch exclusively below, was directed by Miles Joris-Peyrafitte and may induce a flashback to that one time you shit your pants after accidentally smoking PCP-laced pot in high school.
