NEW LADY-BLOG EXCITEMENT ALERT!

Christina Kelly, former editor of Sassy, regular Vice contributor, and one of our favorite writers in the history of ever, has a new blog called Fallen Princess. Christina tells us: “The name comes from a website I had in 1994 after Sassy folded and I was trying to be a freelance writer. I used to call a friend, a fellow music writer/editor, to complain about the indignities of freelancing. He would say, ‘Oh, the fallen princess.’ So I started the site to complain about freelancing. The main purpose of my new blog is to provide a place for me to complain about various things, and as an outlet for things I want to write. This week I’ve been doing a lot about body image.” Well, I for one am adding this into my “blogs to look at daily” bookmarks folder, right in between Gato Poder and ZooBorns. Yes, all the other blogs I look at are about animals.
