It's Monday, and what better way to start the week than watching a bunch of videos of cops beating people up? Not that our police are fuzzy, lamb-like creatures, but American cops seem to be using excessive force in more and more ridiculous situations lately. A few months ago there were those cops whoshot that family's dogin front of their children, and now they're making headlines for punching a woman in the face. Why? Because she crossed a road. Sometimes, though, a fist just isn't enough, so the cops dig into their vast selection of cool gadgets to subdue/maim/kill a suspect. Here are a few of my favorite videos of cops exercising their right to be dicks. This video comes straight from a Hollywood blockbuster. Just swap the cop for Bruce Willis, and oneyippeekayaylater and the suspect is down. This guy gets beaten up for having his jacket unzipped. These cops try to arrest the biggest EMT I've ever seen. When they tell him he's under arrest, he's pretty much just like, "No I'm not," and gets back in the ambulance. This one just jumps right into the action with a couple of cops billy clubbing the shit out of a vet. This video sparked the infamous LA riots that left 53 people dead and resulted in $1 billion in damages to the city. This guy was out celebrating New Year's Eve when he got pulled off of the train on his way home. Then he got blasted. The last video was a little heavy, so I found one to cheer you up. It never ceases to make me laugh. This girl has some stone-cold brass balls—until she gets maced, that is. HENRY LANGSTON
