Raving in the Black Sea
VICE visits the Republic of Kazantip, an annual month-long rave/orgy on the southern coast of the Ukraine. Ravers are called citizens, visas are required for entry, and there is even a Minister of Foreign Affairs. The whole scene is trapped somewhere in the 90s with its platform shoes, pink dreadlocks, and energy drinks. Join VICE as we head to the Black Sea coast for the closing party and make friends with the luminaries of Russian criminal society.
