RYAN MCGINLEY'S LIFE ADJUSTMENT CENTER

Hello San Francisco. If you're into road trips and black and white portraits of pretty naked people with animals and the like, Ryan McGinley has an opening for you. The show is called Life Adjustment Center and it opens tomorrow night. It features two bodies of work, so if you hate one of the things mentioned above, there's still a chance you'll like pictures of the other thing.

The first series is made up of black and white photos of man and beast, together, naked, in harmony. And the second is a collection of road trip photos with so much fun and so few pieces of clothing we'd quit our jobs and join Ryan, naked, on his next journey if we were better-looking and didn't have all this goddamned eczema. Below is a small aperitif, hand picked by the picture-taker, of photos from the show.
