Taji’s Mahal – Turnt Up in Bushwick

Skating and rap are both awesome things and things that Hip Young People like, but for whatever reason, they hardly ever mix well, like ice cream and steak. The exception that proves the rule here is Zoo York rider and New York City native Black Dave aka “The Black Donald Trump."

This week he opened for Juicy J in Bushwick and practically every NYC lurker swarmed the streets outside the venue, drawing the ire of a bunch of very pissed off cops. There was even a skate ramp inside, which quickly turned into a blunt-smoking station. After everyone got extremely "turnt," we witnessed our first serious twerk session. You can listen to this and this to get a feeling of how hard these girls were going IN.

I went outside to get some fresh air, but because of some alleged “riots” wasn’t allowed back in. I was too turnt up myself to argue with the cops in front, so I will have to try and catch Juicy J on the flip side. Here is what I did see.
