TERROR PIGEON DANCE REVOLT WANT YOU TO TAKE THEM OUT
I just interviewed The Terror Pigeon Dance Revolt, an American band and one of the winners of the recent Diesel:U:Music competition. I’m afraid this post isn’t going to reveal a series of questions and answers though because all five members were on speakerphone in a hotel room in Sydney and I’d be exaggerating if I said I caught more than every 20th word. It did, however, sound like they were incredibly funny and extremely nice and everything worthy of a band known for memorable performance-art-led, costume-fuelled, all-singing-all-dancing extravaganzas.
Here’s the thing. They’re playing tomorrow night at Oxford Art Factory, with Australian winners Foxx on Fire, but after that they’re in Sydney for a further week and have no idea what they’re going to do to fill their days. So, if you live in Sydney and consider yourself a gracious and exciting host, write to us at stuff@viceaustralia.com and tell us how you would entertain the guys from Terror Pigeon Dance Revolt and if it sounds good, you win the date.
