US Sailors Released by Iran
Ten US Navy sailors detained by Iran after two boats drifted into Iranian waters have been released. Secretary of State John Kerry said the US apologized for the incident, after one vessel broke down during a training mission. —BBC News

Obama Attacks Trump's Bigotry
President Obama's final State of the Union address featured a series of rebukes against the politics of Donald Trump. "When politicians insult Muslims, when a mosque is vandalized, or a kid bullied, that doesn't make us safer," he said. Trump called the speech "really boring." —NBC News Sanders Draws Closer to Clinton
A new national poll of Democrat voters shows Hillary Clinton's lead over Bernie Sanders shrinking. Clinton is down four points to 48 percent, while Sanders' support has risen nine points to 41 percent. A separate poll shows Sanders leading the Iowa race by five points. —CBS News

Bergdahl Deserves Purple Heart, Says Lawyer

South Korea Fires Warning Shots
South Korea has fired warning shots towards an unknown object from North Korea spotted flying close to the border. The object turned around after the shots were fired, according to the South's military officials, while South Korean media said the object was a North Korean drone. —AP

Turkey Detains Russian Nationals
Turkish police have detained three Russian nationals suspected of links with Islamic State following the suicide bomb attack in Istanbul that killed ten tourists. Russia's Consulate General has confirmed the arrests. —The Guardian

Hong Kong Raises Bookseller Case with China
Hong Kong's leader Leung Chun-ying says he has raised the case of a missing bookseller with Chinese authorities.
