Cell phone batteries are notorious for sucking, and sometimes we will do anything to get the necessary charge—even breaking and entering into a stranger's home.

According to a recent report on NBC News, Jason Hubbard (pictured above) did just that when he illegally walked into a Spotswood, New Jersey home. The door had apparently been left open while the homeowner stepped outside to take out the garbage.

After entering the home, Hubbard reportedly walked into a spare bedroom and crawled under the bed. While camping out in his new "room," police say Hubbard decided to take advantage of the resources surrounding him by using an electrical outlet that he found underneath the bed to charge all four of his cellular devices (at the time of press, it was not entirely clear why he had so many phones.)

Hubbard allegedly managed to stay undetected for three days. On the third day, however, the homeowner reportedly heard a sound coming from the guest bedroom, went to check things out, and saw Hubbard. Upon finding him, the homeowner immediately called the police.

After the police arrived on the scene, Jason Hubbard was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal trespass, and theft of services ("electrical current"). He was then taken to the Middlesex County Adult Corrections Center.
