Unless you live in fucking Honduras or something, this weekend is going to be awful. There's going to be snow, ice, frost probably, maybe
rime? Bad. Since you're going to be couch-bound most of Saturday and Sunday, you should carpe tonight and tomorrow and come out to these two deals in New York. Even if you have to fly.
Tonight we're putting on a screening of
Blade Runner at
PS 122. The good version. Or, rather, the version film nerds claim is the good version. Them and Ridley Scott. Go
here for better information.
Tomorrow our
comics editor is resurrecting the monthly party he used to put on at Cakeshop. It's still called
Midnite til Death, but now it's at
Don Pedro's, which should up the rambunction quotient.
Ex Humans and
K Holes are playing and are both delectable.

Oh crap, almost forgot. Scion's putting on this show with Jack Oblivian's new band at Bruar Falls. It's not this weekend (it's next Thursday), but it
is going to be fun and you probably need to RSVP soon if you don't want to get shut out. Like, maybe before Monday? Do that
here.
