Odessa II: Finally after an endless numbers of days we finally saw the sun again and had more than five hours time at the same place! Odessa was melting for us. We had to use this worthy moment. We did not bother about the highly minus degrees and went to the nearby harbour of Odessa. That‘s where we found the perfect monumental spot for Dima and his skis. After a short negotiation and stunned police officers (ski where? ski what?) we promised them to send a Juventus tricot and they let us do action in return. It was a virging place, Dima said.

In the meantime I took a dump into the chasms of this ominous and mysterious city. 200 meters below the Ukrainian coast metropole there is something like a parallel world existing, the biggest catacombs in the world. More than 2.500 kilometers long is the city below the city, the distance to walk from Odessa to Paris! Many mural painting from the WWII are shown but I was only fascinated by the painting of „Adolf Gitler“.
