Officials confirmed that four people were wounded in the shooting, including a 34-year-old man who was shot in the chest and a 33-year-old man who was shot in his abdomen. A 26-year-old woman was also shot in the leg, and is expected to survive. Details on the fourth victim were not avaible.
Rappers Maino and Uncle Murda were on stage at the time of the shooting, which took place in the venue's third floor green room, Chief of Manhattan South Detectives William Aubry said during a news conference.About 1,000 people were said to be in the venue at the time of the shooting, though it's unclear how many people were inside at the time of the shooting.No suspects had been apprehended as of midnight Thursday morning. Photos posted to social media show a heavy police presence in the area, and multiple blocks have been cordoned off surrounding the scene.This is a developing story.
