And despite being a self-proclaimed “downer pop” devotee, “Night In Time Lapse” doesn’t inspire me to cry hysterically in the shower fully clothed. Not even a little bit! Instead, there’s a beautfiul warmth in this frenzy of emotive string play, electronica and glitchified vocal textures.
