Athens is currently one of the most surreal cities in Europe. It’s streets are lined with cardboard homes and its walls are covered with riot graffiti, and living among the rubbish bins are geriatric male brides, middle-aged Toy Story characters, tiny martial arts instructors and political poo. You should visit – we could use the tourism.
