As the year comes to a close you're probably feeling as though you've done nothing to better the lives of anyone but yourself. Is that true? If so, you've got a chance to redeem yourself for all the shit-disturbing and binge-drinking and plaguing-the-public-with-your-presence you've been engaged in. And you can do it by purchasing art. Here's what you do: You go to the Studio Gallery tonight, you silently bid on art, and then the money goes to the The Cape Town Children's Scholarship Foundation, which helps orphaned kids in South Africa attend Waldorf schools in Khayelitsha. Jesi the Elder, Liam Crockard, and our own Toronto intern, Marlowe, will have their work up for sale. The being-benevolent starts at 7pm.
