Against Me! Singer Laura Jane Grace Opens Up About Her Transition

Tune into VICELAND to hear the singer talk about coming out on 'THE THERAPIST' and catch a new episode of 'LAST CHANCE HIGH.'
August 15, 2017, 9:50pm

On an all-new episode of THE THERAPIST, Against Me! frontwoman Laura Jane Grace sits down with Dr. Siri Sat Nam Singh to talk about her transition. Publicly coming out as trans in 2012 was difficult on Laura, and Dr. Singh helps her unpack how the decision has affected her family life, her relationships, and her sense of self.

THE THERAPIST airs Tuesdays at 10:30 PM.

We're also airing a new episode of LAST CHANCE HIGH, our Peabody Award–winning documentary series chronicling life inside the walls of a Chicago school that serves some of the city's most at-risk students. When one student voices a desire to see his father in prison, Reverend Robin Hood—a local school council member—gives the two a chance to spend some time together.

LAST CHANCE HIGH airs Tuesdays at 10 PM.
