Queens Of The Stone Age Finally Announce New Album 'Villains'

The Mark Ronson-produced record is, according to the band, "honestly, the best album ever."

After hinting at a new album weeks ago and directing people to a mysterious website yesterday morning, Queens Of The Stone Age have finally confirmed that their seventh studio album will be called Villains. There's no release date yet, but the desert rock legends did share a brilliant intro video announcing the record. The three-minute clip has Josh Homme being subjected to a lie-detector test, revealing the album's details one-by-one through a series of untruths. We learn that Mark Ronson produced the record and we get a glimpse into its sound with a brief clip of a new song, "Feet Don't Fail Me." Watch the video in full at the top of the page.
