Face + Heel Are Welsh Miserabilists

But they're great.

Dancefloor miserablism is surely a genre almost entirely dependent on headphones. Headphones and dope. I mean, no one would have ever played "Midnight in a Perfect World" outloud, would they? I'm sure some awful D'n'B dicks got their hands on "Glorybox," but before that, it was pretty much for stoners with aching souls and Discmen. I have heard Burial being played outloud and frankly, I'd rather listen to "Street Fighting Man" once I'm tanked up and feeling obnoxious.

Face + Heel are Welsh, and, according to the picture up there, Pac fans. They did a Boiler Room session a while ago, but I don't think you can find it anywhere on the internet yet (if you can, lemme know). This is the melancholy, beautiful B-side to the slightly more epic "No Stars."

You probs don't wanna play this outloud, but you do want to play it. On your headphones, in your bedroom, anywhere you can feel epicly calm.
