With its sunlight-bathed dining room and understatedly delicious, St. John-inspired menu, it's little wonder Shoreditch restaurant Lyle's achieved its first Michelin star in September, less than two years after opening.Continuing in this #restaurantgoals vein, next month the team welcomes Parisian chef Bertrand Grébaut to cook as part of the Guest Series, a set of one-off dinner events that recently played host to Swedish uberchef Daniel Berlin.
After a stint at L'Arpège under French cooking legend Alain Passard, Grébaut opened Septime in 2011.
