Listen to Pat Lok's Kastle Approved Sensual House

Happy second birthday Symbols!

We'd like to start off today by wishing a very happy second birthday to Kastle's label Symbols. The LA-based producer generally gifts us with R&B-tinged garage and dubstep music, so with one more year completed at the label, Kastle, we'd like to wish you bass at least twice as strong.

It might be Kastle's birthday, but you, lovely readers, are the ones who receive the presents. To honor the day, Kastle is dropping his latest compilation tape Parables Volume 2, and we've got an exclusive look at one of the included tracks.

The premiere comes from Vancouver producer Pat Lok, who recently dropped off a MIXED BY on this very site. What can we say? We're early to the party, but our 'rarri's are the latest. This release, "Could Be Mine," features Lok's friend Patrick Baker singing and is a piece of washed-out, sensual, soulful house perfectly in tune with Kastle's aesthetic. Can you spot the S club 7 sample? Don't blink.
