Here's Apple's Legal Response to the FBI

The full text of Apple's Motion to Vacate the FBI's court order.

Apple filed a Motion to Vacate the court order that would require it to create a separate version of iOS that the FBI could hack into to retrieve files from an iPhone belonging to one of the San Bernardino terrorists. Apple has made First and Fifth Amendment defenses and says it is "in conflict with existing law."
