Honestly, you think listening to all your favorite tracks through a decidedly tinny, ultimately mid Bluetooth speaker is perfectly fine until you take the plunge and upgrade to Sonos speakers. When I first got a One SL and then followed it soon after with another and linked the two, I was razzle-dazzled by how much better life could be (and how much more ~*~adult~*~/entertaining-friendly your home can feel) when you have powerful, high-quality speakers allowing music to flow from room to room. I don’t want any passive listening devices hanging around in my house (besides my cell, but at least that makes my Instagram targeted ads spot-on), so I appreciate that Sonos offers both the One (with voice command) and my preference the One SL, which does not have a built-in microphone.
