NEW YORK - RUNNY YOLK SALAD

This is what my friend Sarah eats for breakfast. I agree that it looks nice, and that eggs and salad are delicious, but then she spreads the yolk on the salad, which means using runny egg yolk as salad dressing, which I find fucking disgusting. What do you think? The Economist, on the other hand, is great on toast.
