Jørgen: Well, it's as much our fault as anyone else's, we got caught up in lots of other stuff and never gave it the attention and push it needed. Since we have our own label, Family Affair, we can do whatever we want, so we figured we'd give it a proper release. Better late than never.

J: We played a culture festival in Germany and no one showed up. Then two people came so we started playing, but they probably found it embarrassing and left.Ouch. What's the deal with your piano tie song?
Calle: You know how most musicians are superstitious and have to bring some kind of lucky charm on stage? Ours was a piano tie that one of us always had to wear – I say, "was" because we lost it.Is that why the song's called Bye Bye Pianotie?
C: Well, the piano tie belonged to one of the band member's wife and it somehow got lost as he was going through a divorce with her. So the song is actually about his divorce.Do you have bad luck on stage now?
C: When we first lost it, four strings broke on my guitar. So ever since, our bass player wears a pair of lucky shoes instead. They're good quality leather, so they don't smell. And we made a digital piano tie to replace the old one that you can download on our site. You can see how it works in the Bye Bye Pianotie music video.VICE STAFF
