We've gushed about how much we bum LA duo Rhye's tune "The Fall", a slow and melancholic track about how much growing up sucks. And it's kinda one of those songs that's so bitter sweet, the thought of a remix shitting on the mood seems absurd. But step forward London producer and my future husband, Two Inch Punch, who manages to completely transform "The Fall" without ruining it. TIP stretches and chops up the sad-faced vocals over a plucky beat and plenty of his now becoming trademark galactic, robot-making-sweet-love-in-space sound effects. This is all effortlessly accompanied by visuals of smushed together synchronized swimming footage, because why the fuck not. I'm into it.
