If you’re heading down to POP Montreal this weekend you’ve probably got a pretty clear idea of where you’re headed. With over 50,000 people cramming into 50+ venues, you’d better have a schedule set so you can do as little dallying as possible.Well, at least you’ve got your Saturday agenda on lock. We’re teaming up with the Wa Magazine and sick indie label Hand Drawn Dracula to bring you a showcase of epic proportions. If this flyer doesn’t convince you, then just give your tickets away right now:
We’re so glad to get METZ on the bill. If you aren’t familiar, METZ is one of the best and loudest bands in Toronto right now, churning out barbed, discordant noise-rock at its most neurotic. We linked them up with more Toronto royalty, lo-fidelity shoegazers Little Girls. These guys sound like the songs you liked on that one Skywave record. Add Josh Reichmann/Dopes, Two Koreas, and Mausoleum, and you’ve got your Saturday all planned out.All the info, plus a sick video of METZ performing at the Garrison (courtesy of the Untold City), can be found below.
