Sometimes getting through life's trials means looking deep inside, and Toronto-via-England synthpoppers Fitness Club Fiasco are repping this strategy with their new clip for "Resurrection Body." The track comes from FCF's Modern Thought LP and like the rest of the album, it explores the uncertainty that follows trying times. Though "Resurrection Body" itself is fairly chipper with circular synth bass lines and co-ed vocal harmonies, its accompanying video is dark and abstract. Hoodied unknowns wander through monochrome fields and cities as their faces pixellate and distort."The video illustrates the themes of the song and the album as a whole," said the band and director Jakub Blank in a joint statement, "with characters trying to navigate and make sense of the dark, confusing times, celebrating the high moments on the other side, and finding beauty in both places."
