News Flash: Carrying Knives is Bad

The Metropolitan Police has launched a new advert - a mock computer game demo called Knife City - to show teenagers why it's wrong to carry large kitchen knives and stab other kids in the lower abdomen. Certainly there is a problem at the moment, with over 50 London teens being victims of knife crime every week, but is this actually going to do any good? We're not sure, but overlooking the clownstep soundtrack, this video is a big improvement on the anti-gun video the police made with Roll Deep…

"Badman" cost £150,000 to make and the only message we can see from it is that if you pull out a gun over something petty and it accidentally goes off, all that will happen is that you will feel a bit paranoid and your friend will pretend he is not in when you go to his house and this will make you feel sad.
