Recipe: Mexican Cold-Brewed Iced Coffee
5 oz medium blend Columbian coffee
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1.5 liters of room temperature water

Add all the dry ingredients into a large French press, or any vessel that will not cause a negative interaction with the coffee. Fill with water. Stir to incorporate all the grounds and spices with the water.

Cover and let sit overnight or longer. The longer the coffee sits the stronger the concentrate will be.

Plunge the French press or strain the coffee from the grounds with a fine mess strainer into a separate container.

To make iced coffee in a glass filled with ice, combine equal parts concentrate with water or milk. Drink.
