Rapper Bushwick Bill Tells Us How He Lost His Eye on PCP

It involves a PCP blunt, a bad plan to make some insurance money, and his mom with a gun.

It's Friday, which means that the latest episode of our show Party Legends aired on VICELAND last night. Party Legends, in case you aren't aware, is our series where we get celebrities to tell us their most epic party stories and then have some of our favorite animators draw them.

Last night's episode featured everybody from Fred Armisen to Bridget Everett to Ryan Sickler. Rapper Bushwick Bill also swung by to tell us the tale of how he lost his eye—a story that involves a PCP blunt, a bad plan to make some insurance money, and his mom with a gun.

We've recapped the best moments of his story in GIFs below for your viewing pleasure.

"I was trying to find a way to, you know, have something happen to me so my mom could get insurance money. If you commit suicide, I don't think life insurance honors that. So I was trying to make an accident happen."

"One night I got back from the club, and I saw the weed on the counter. I'm like, 'Somebody left some weed? I never leave weed. Who does that?'"

"So I rolled it up in a really nice blunt."

"What I didn't know is that there was formaldehyde inside of the weed. And it's PCP."

"I smoke it, and I'm sitting there. All of a sudden, I got this idea."

"What if I go wake my mom up, provoke her, hand her a gun, and have her shoot me? I'll be able to get to heaven, my mom gets the life insurance, everybody is happy!"

"So she grabbed the gun, and I put my face right in front of it. She pulled the trigger, but she closed her eyes and turned her head first, so it didn't work out that way."

"When I came to, I thought I was dead. I got up, and I looked at myself in the mirror. I'm like, 'If you're dead, you ought to be able to see through yourself. Why can't I see through myself?'"

"Then I hear a noise, It's my mom saying, 'He made me kill him. I don't know what the hell's going on.'"

"And I opened the door. I'm like, 'I'm not dead! I can't see a reflection through myself!' And then she took off running."
