We're getting pretty excited about our late-night parties in Sydney next weekend...

Volumes' weekend-long takeover of Sydney—filling Oxford Square and the surrounding areas with music, arts, people, and dope vibes—is but a week away now.

We're so excited about the THUMP-presented stages that we've had our line up's tracks on high rotation for weeks. We thought we'd gift our readers with some of our favourite releases from the THUMP bills appearing at Volumes this year.

There are a very limited amount of final release tickets available for Volumes Festival, as well as late passes for the THUMP x Volumes parties—if you can't make it down for the day, the late pass is for you. So check out the full line up and availability here, and grab tickets here.

Leo James, "Disconnect Connect"

Canyons' Leo James is now making deep and minimal house and boy is it tasty. We've been admiring his stuff from afar for some time now, and recently had him make us this mix.

His second release Disconnect Connect was a particularly bone-chilling one. "Part Two" swerves between piano house, crimey dancefloor dub and, well, all manner of things.

Babicka, "Stars of Avion"

This B-side from Babicka's Black Dog EP is so gosh darn good. If you've ever promised you'd go out, and you've lost the urge, listen to "Stars of Avion" in headphones and you'll be right.

Privacy, "Density"

Hooooo boy.

Mall Grab, "Father"

While it's hard to choose a favourite, who could forget Mall Grab's first Soundcloud upload, his incredible remix of Kanye's "Father Stretch My Hands." Yes dude.

Fishing, "River Hymnal"

This Fishing track from 2014 is still on rotation for us. The ultimate summer chill track, featuring Guerre. So good.

Andy Garvey, "A Human Movement Party Minimix"

Andy Garvey is a Sydney-based radio host and DJ. This mix that she made for BEHM's Human Movement party is insane. Feels like you're there in the room with 'em. Andy just launched the FBi Click show "Pure Space," and Cop Envy were behind its first mix. Listen here.

Null, "THUMP Mix"

Okay, it's not what it looks like. This mix is actually out of control. You've also gotta listen to Null's remix of " This is What You Came For."

Cliques, "Live in the Boiler Room"

Obviously.

Rebel Yell, "Never Perfection"

Rebel Yell is one of our favourite artists at the moment. "Never Perfection" is such a great track. Check our her EP that premiered over at Noisey this week.

Kato, "Dreams of the Teepee Forest"

This hour and forty-five minute-long mix has everything you could ever need. Slink down in your chair and relax.
