Stay Positive - "Blood Brother" (TÂCHES Remix) [THUMP Exclusive]

TÂCHES remixes "Blood Brother" into a tasty future-house club anthem.

Stay Positive started out as a nine-person "fictional dance" collective called Christian AIDS. Which is pretty much the most amazing name we've ever heard for a mysterious fictional-dance collective. Three years (and one cease-and-desist letter) later, the group changed its name and whittled down to just one remaining member: the Manchester-based producer Matt Farthing.

Despite being the last man standing in his mysterious collective, Farthing still plays well with others, and he's teamed up with Ben Westbeech (of Breach fame) for "Blood Brother"--the second track off his upcoming Blood Brother EP. "I dream of you…as blue skies keep falling away," croons Westbeech over plaintive piano chords and a tasty future-house beat in this clubby remix by London's TÂCHES. Slip on your slickest shoes and convulse your way over to the nearest strip of LEDs.

Blood Brother EP drops August 20 on Stay Positive Industries. New Yorkers, you can also catch Stay Positive's super duper secret show in Brooklyn if you RSVP here.
