Mysteryland 2016 Unveils Phase One Lineup

Young Thug, Omar S and Tchami are among the first wave of artists announced for the New York festival.

Mysteryland—AKA the Woodstock of electronic music—has announced the first round of names for its 2016 edition. Topped by sets from Bassnectar, Skrillex and Odesza, the wide-reaching festival lineup will see many different worlds of dance music collide in New York's Catskill Mountains this summer.

Highlights include Atlanta rapper Young Thug, plus sets from Griz, Gramatik, Keys N Krates and Zeds Dead, who will hold it down for the heavy bass music crew. The dark prince of French electro, Gesaffelstein, is booked for a DJ set, as are Tchami, Claude VonStroke, John Digweed, Claptone and Lee Burridge. Detroit hero Omar S will keep it classy, as will Brooklyn's own Jubilee.

The festival, now in its third year, will return to the same site in Bethel Woods, New York from June 10 to 13. They offer a number of different housing options, with two different camp sites as well as travel packages with resorts stays at nearby locations. Mysteryland has changed its age policy to from 21+ to 19+ for the festival grounds themselves, though the Holy Ground campground will remain 21+. Early bird tickets starting at $209 will go on sale at 10 AM on Tuesday, January 19.
