2014 has been the year of (predominantly Norwegian) feel good, dick-shaking music and one of the mainstays of the movement has undoubtedly been Trondheim's Matoma. He's often labelled as "tropical house," but we detest that term because there are so many better ways to describe his music: Matoma's SoundCloud is like unlimited freezies on a hot day; his remixes are like a first kiss and a free Slurpee at the same time; when Matoma comes on our iTunes, it's like we're living in a world where ISIS, Ebola, and slow Internet no longer exist.

We've been wondering for months when the strong-jawed musician would make his way to the Great White North and now we're pleased to annouce that he'll be here in time to kick off Canada Goose season. Check the poster below for info on his upcoming Alberta, British Columbia, Quebec, and Ontario shows.
