N.A.S.A. Take Our Seoul Pop Panel To New Heights [VIDEO]

Watch a crowdsourced pop song come to life before your eyes.

The latest installment in our Pop Music Panel coverage from the Creators Project launch events this summer comes from Seoul. As with previous pop panels, we assembled an all-star crew of producers, DJs and musicians to produce a pop song in collaboration with the crowd in just one hour. While the Korean attendees were a little shy at the outset, they soon warmed up to the microphone and then there was no holding them back. First, there was a beat boxing kid who slayed as he laid down the foundation for the track, then the crowd collectively sang a famous Korean folk song for the chorus, and it was all topped off with some sick rhymes. With MC’s Jazzy Ivy and MAKE1 taking control of the mic and N.A.S.A.’s Sam Spiegel at the helm of the mixing boards, what emerged is only the finest musical concoction ever made in under an hour.
