All this week we are profiling some of the young creative people who have been shortlisted for The Creative 30. First up we focus on Jonnie Craig, 20, a photographer from Kent.
"When I first became aware of Jonnie Craig’s work I was shocked. His photos were blurred, fogged, and from a traditional stance, everything that could be wrong with them was. Then his work was published and I really started looking, and suddenly I thought ‚ÄòThis is brilliant.’"
– Gavin Watson, photographer.The first thing Jonnie shot for Vice was a shoot the featured his friends streaking through London at 3AM. As well as shooting bands and fashion stories, Jonnie regularly jets to Scandinavia for weekends of snow and naked girls, shooting portraits of beautiful blonde people. He recently released his first photo book and is working towards a solo show, putting out a number of photo zines with collective Triangle Triangle.
