How to Infuse Ice Cream with Weed

Christina Hà was the first ever blind MasterChef contestant, going on to win the TV contest back in 2012 and eventually becoming a judge on MasterChef Vietnam.

In this deleted scene from VICELAND's Bong Appétit, Hà's heightened sense of smell turns out to be a huge asset in the Bong Ap kitchen, as she, Vanessa, and Ry discuss which of the Chem Scout, Orange Cookies, and Snoop Lion OG strains weed would be best suited for infusing Vietnamese ice cream.

They settle on a mix of Chem Scout (for the coffee notes) and Orange Cookies (for the citrus), which they simmer in condensed milk for two hours, then turn that into ice cream coated in crispy corn flakes. It's the perfect balance of breakfast, dessert, and psychoactive properties.
